Our 30,000 square foot facility is located within a commercial area with limited public access. The building is made up of concrete tilt-up walls that are fire protected and access controlled to ensure that only those with proper authorization examine or remove a company’s records. We also monitor security via a 24 hour surveillence system. Offsite also picks up and delivers records at the customer’s request.
The records inventory is indexed on a computer system that uses a state-of-the-art barcoding process to identify individual boxes, or, if necessary, specific records within a box. Offsite also sells storage supplies, including special boxes for medical X-rays, blueprints, and non standard sized documents.
