"We found that our records are much more organized now that Offsite stores and manages them for us. They also brought to
light that some of our older records could be shredded to save space (and money). The best part is that they provide these
services at less than what it would cost to do it ourselves and they have great customer service."
- Frank E. Horn, Partner, VCM Collision Center
"Casey, Neilon & Associates has been working with Offsite Data Depot for three years. We have been impressed with
their customer service, internal controls, and prompt deliveries. In addition, they lowered our records management costs by 35%
compared to our prior records management company."
- Niki Neilon, Partner, Casey, Neilon & Associates
"Our employees love their prompt service and personal touch. Everything is so much more efficient and because of Offsite we
are able to provide a faster service for our clients. They are a great company to work with."
- Lanette Inman, Northern Nevada Title Company
"The Nevada State Supreme Court cut its records storage costs by over 23% by moving their records from a Reno based
records center to Offsite Data Depot in Carson City. According to a representative from Offsite, their management and delivery
fees are also lower than other records centers, saving the Supreme Court additional money."
